Jingle Barre is back for round 3! Join me for 7 energizing, grounding and strengthening feel good barre classes.
The holidays are approaching and I know you might be feeling like working out is last on your list. This challenge is to get you excited to move leading up to the holidays, featuring 7 unique workouts with epic playlists and each no longer than 30 minutes. The challenge also includes THREE live classes to keep you extra accountable.
